 Positive impact of sport on children

 If to talk about advantages of sport, we need to talk about youth and positive impact on it, because, maybe, these words can arrange the youth to do sports and regular exercises, because only 50% are doing it (Prevention, 2018). Children are doing better than adults, because deep research showed that 42% of children reach norm in exercises, when only 8% do it (Troiano, 2008).

  Sport makes children do exercise, burn calories, reduce percentage of fat in their bodies and increase level of motor skills, which will help them in future – in studying, working or travelling. “Data from the Centers for Disease Control 2005 Youth Risk Behaviour Survey demonstrated that frequent vigorous activity reduces the risk of feelings of hopelessness and suicidal tendencies in both males and females” (Donna, 2013).
